Owned by Time Out magazine, this market is basically a two-story food court.
But for me it’s not really about the food. Here you have an unblocked view of the East River and the Manhattan skyline.
It makes for a good first meeting point with friends or family from out of town.
You can take in the sights and then begin your day walking through DUMBO.
If you’re hungry, I’d recommend ordering the brisket burnt ends at Bark Barbecue, which blends traditional Dominican flavors with Texas barbecue techniques.
After that, I’d say there aren’t too many options. The food court’s bakery is decent. But, by all means, skip the ramen.
