A celebrity recently made the American Hotel in Sag Harbor, New York, a little more famous.
Maybe if that celebrity stuck with the ice tea, his summer would have been a lot different.
Served in a glass stemmed goblet, the iced black tea is some of the best we're tried - and we've sampled a lot.
It's a near-perfect brew - icy and stiffly seeped.
It doesn't hurt that you're in old surroundings - with a ground floor bar and restaurant filled with memorabilia and fixtures of days gone by.
Built in 1846, the American Hotel was once called the East End's "Rick's Cafe" with so many characters - exemplary and otherwise - paying a visit.
It's a well-known celebrity haunt, where you catch a sighting or two.
And if you do, hopefully, they'll be sticking to the ice tea.
