Many of us can't get enough of pizza, and it's our mission to find that perfect slice.
Is Village Square Pizza the best pizza you've ever had? No, but it's certainly produces some of the most comforting old-school Sicilian squares.
The cheese is just right. The dough is chewy and pleasing. And the sauce is bursting with sweet tomatoes - like the kind you had when you were a kid.
Village Square is most known for its mildly-spicy, pork-poppin' pepperoni squares, but we consistently order the classic and marinara versions.
As of press time, the shop has five locations throughout New York City. We're very familiar with the one in the West Village, near another good pizza shop called L'Industrie.
