You can take a pass on the wine here, but Sakana & Wine Bar VARIO is good for a group looking to sample Hokkaido fare.
The meal featured a fish soup made with local herbs (featured on the front of this card) and an amuse bouche of abalone, sea urchin, roe, and the most tender Akagai (blood clam).
