A Stylish Spot on La Croisette
Another place to visit in Cannes is Annex Beach, a beachside restaurant designed by Jacques Garcia. It sits right in the heart of La Croisette, within walking distance of everything in Cannes.
A Scene to See
It’s definitely an uber-hip, very sexy, youngish crowd. Very expensive, but you’re right on the beach, not just looking at the water but at the beautiful people, too. There’s an interior space, but we definitely prefer sitting outside.
Reservations Required
Lunch happens around 1 PM, while dinner starts at 8:30 PM. You must book in advance—this is not the kind of place where you can just show up and get a table.
What’s on the Menu
They serve everything from pasta and pizzas (done exceptionally well) to tuna and chicken dishes. The food is solid, but you’re also here for the vibe.
Insider Tip
Sit outside. The interior is nice, but the true experience is beachfront, where you can see and be seen.
