There's something auspicious about the name Dorian.
There's Dorian, the trendy restaurant in Notting Hill, London.
And then there's Le Dorian in Geneva, which makes for a nice night out.
Le Dorian is named after a 1950s actress, who received the building from a wealthy admirer.
It's now received a freshen up by Michelin star chef from Bretagne, Florian Lebouhec, already from La Bologne fame.
The location near banks, university, opera and theatre draws discerning diners.
At press time, 300chf for 3: 2 courses, champagne and wines.
