You are looking for great music, smooth spirits, and open-air good times — without the trek to the North Fork — head over to Sagaponack Farm Distillery. A true al fresco haven, this East End distillery turns local crops into some of the finest small-batch spirits around.

Everything poured here is farm-to-glass, with nearly 100 percent of all ingredients — from the potatoes in the vodka to the corn in the bourbon — sourced from nearby Foster's Farm, which the distillery owns.

What to Try

The Rhubarb Liqueur. Tart, bright, and perfect for spring, it’s equally good in a Negroni or topped with club soda for an easy-drinking spritz. Or add a shot to your coffee or tea.

When to Go

Open Fridays & Saturdays, 1–8 PM, with extended hours as the season heats up. Happy Hour on Fridays 4-7 PM.
