I hear that Isidro Lopez -- a young new chef who runs fusion fave Tiemar in Jerez, Spain -- is in the running for a Michelin star.
This tidbit comes from my trusted, stylish Spanish friend who has a knack for being in the know. (She correctly predicted a star for chef Israel Ramos at Mantua.)
With this in mind, I'll be dropping by Tiemar (and Mantua) the next time we're in Jerez.
