This summer, Rosie’s is rolling out a limited-time scone situation in the mornings – a one-of-a-kind pop-up serving homemade Irish soda bread scones straight out of the oven.
Each scone comes hot, paired with local seasonal jam and whipped Irish butter. They take 18 to 20 minutes to bake, and we’re keeping it tight—just two per person while they last. We’re confident they’re the best scones you’ve ever tasted. If not, they’re on us.
The plan is to run the window every morning in peak summer from 7am to 9am, everyday except for Wednesdays. We’ve already started soft trials — and we’re doing them every weekend now. If you catch the timing, you’ll get a life-changing scone.
Can’t make the morning window? During brunch, you can ask if they’re still baking. If the oven’s on and the timing lines up, you might still get one—off-menu and fresh. ✨
