Your multi-course meal starts with uni and ends with a monaka dessert.
And the baked in-house bread - served between every dish - is delicious.
Justin Bieber hasn't spoiled it for everyone so easier to get in than Cignale (see card below) and possibly even more delicious, is what we are told.
But note, they only have 6 tables and therefore do not accept reservations from customers that don't drink alcohol. And all customers must be over 20. Age restrictions and alcohol consumption requirements seem to be a trend in these exclusive spots in Tokyo.
