The chef has a total of 4 stars - two in Seoul and two in New York City. The price tag in NY is a bit steep for most - and then you have to add tax and tip - so if you happen to be in Seoul you might find the eponymous restaurant of the chef and his Seoul location possibly a tiny bit of a bargain.
In the least, the restaurant will put you in the middle of Cheongdamdong - say, Madison Avenue of NYC? - to explore.
Restaurants, cafes, boutiques are abundant. Just weave in and out of the back alley ways. It is one of those lux neighbourhoods that is both great to live in and great to visit.
