We were tipped off that superstar chef Jose Andres only eats here when he comes to Vejer de la Frontera, one of our most favourite seaside towns up the hill from the beautiful El Palmar beach.
An outdoor patio setting that makes you feel like you are white tablecloth dining in a treehouse, everything grilled here is amazing, the steak, lamb, veal... And the mixing of the steak tartar at the table is quite the show.
But surprisingly our most favourite dish was the seabass ceviche salad. So fresh and light, perfectly balanced citrus and sweetness. Crumble a few flecks of local sea salt flakes on top. Enjoy every bite.
Michelin has already taken notice.
