My recipe this year for the sweet potatoes is a combination of two other recipes. I forgot to take good pictures but you'll get the idea.
MISS YVONNE'S SWEET POTATO RECIPE
6-8 sweet potatoes;
1/4 cup brown sugar;
1/3 cup white sugar;
One tablespoon of cinnamon;
One tablespoon of nutmeg;
Two shots of Amaretto di Sirona;
One shot of Grand Mariner;
Two tablespoons of vanilla;
Two teaspoons of salt;
One stick of butter;
Two eggs; and
A package of marshmallows.

Peel and boil potatoes until soft.
Put in a bowl with one stick of butter.
Add 1/4 brown sugar, 1/3 white sugar, a tablespoon of cinnamon, tablespoon nutmeg, a shot of Grand Marnier, two shots of Amaretto di Sirona, two tablespoons of vanilla.
Put in a food processor and mix. I add a little salt at the end.
Taste go back and add sugar, liquor, vanilla to your liking.
Beat two eggs and mix at the end.
Bake for 45 minutes.
Add marshmallow at the end and remove once they brown.
Let cool, eat and bon appetit!
