The famed bridge is called Puente Neuvo. Your heart doesn't quiver when crossing the bridge, but it sure does when looking at it.
The Plaza de Toros de Ronda is the oldest stone bullring in Spain.
We ate at Casa Ortega. Don't miss this place. Their local game - rice stew with partridge and roasted kid goat - are game on. Also their version of fish eggs are delightfully dressed in olive oil and orange citrus with green and red peppers. The tuna sits like a flower on a bed of local tomatoes luxuriously dressed in local olive oil. They love their tomatoes here, and all it needs is oil and vinegar.
We stayed at the Parador, perched upon the gorge (see picture below).
No wonder this was the favourite town of Orson Welles - whose ashes are resting in the bottom of a well in Ronda. Hemingway also frequented this town.
