Hidden in the Springs of East Hampton just steps from the beach, SpinShack offers a private, recreational space dedicated to your physical, spiritual, and mental wellness. For locals and those in the know, our retreat-style classes provide an immersive experience designed to elevate both your body and mind.

Open by invitation only in 2021, founder Elizabeth Villeneuve brings over 10 years of experience teaching in the Hamptons, including Sag Harbor and East Hampton. She is here to guide you on your wellness journey, whether you’re new to fitness or a seasoned pro.

Spin and Barre Classes

Each class is a perfect 45 minutes of mind-body connection, featuring high-energy and heart-pumping music to keep you motivated, spiritual meditation to center your mind, and a soothing lavender towel cool down for relaxation and synchronization.

In the summer, classes are held poolside amidst the beauty of nature. You are among the trees. You get to see the sun.

SpinShack also offers 1:1 private classes, as well as group events such as bachelorette and birthday parties, and corporate team bonding, tailored to your unique needs.

Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 7:00 AM & 8:30 AM

Saturday (starting March 1): 8:30 AM

Barre Classe

Tuesdays at 7:00 AM & 9:15 AM (starting after Memorial Day)

Pricing:

Single Class: $30 (booked the night before)/$35 (drop-in) for Spin; $35/40 for Barre

Package: $250 for 10 classes
