The Corn Man AKA Timoteo Flor de Nopal is a Los Angeles institution.
For over 35 years, he’s been selling delicious elote (topped corn on a stick) and esquites (slathered niblets in a bowl) from his trusty cart.
If you go, there may be a line (the Corn Man is known to sell out within a few hours) and it’s cash only.
To find him, your best bet is to go to 2338 Workman Street in Lincoln Heights. His stand should be by or near an alleyway entrance.
Catch him if you can. The Corn Man is great.
