The Koln Concert is a double album that features improvisations from jazz pianist Keith Jarrett during a live concert in Germany in 1975. The story has it that Jarrett, suffering from back pain and finding himself with an upright piano instead of a baby grand, produced a monumental night of music out of drive, frustration and talent.
Music from the album was used by choreographer Johan Inger for his joyous piece called Bliss.
