From May 11 to May 18, I will be leading a transformative workshop blending yoga, nature and travel in Nicaragua.

Organized in collaboration with Buen Karma -- a yoga and culinary school -- this retreat promises a journey of mindfulness, exploration, and connection to the stunning landscapes of Latin America.

A Two-Part Adventure

The retreat is designed in two immersive parts, offering participants the flexibility to join for the entire experience or just the weekend portion. Each segment brings its own unique charm and opportunity for mindfulness, fun and relaxation.

Granada: A Step Back in Time

The retreat begins in Granada, one of the oldest colonial cities in Latin America. Known for its beautifully preserved architecture and vibrant culture, Granada offers the perfect backdrop for grounding yoga sessions. Participants will have time to explore the city’s cobblestone streets, colorful markets, and historical landmarks, immersing themselves in its rich history.

Laguna de Apoyo: A Natural Wonder

Next, the journey takes us to Laguna de Apoyo, a serene crater lake nestled beside an active volcano. Surrounded by lush forests and incredible biodiversity, this natural haven provides an unparalleled environment for reconnecting with nature and deepening one’s practice. The tranquility of the lake offers moments of reflection, as well as opportunities to swim or simply relax by its pristine waters.

Weekend at Morgan’s Rock: A Coastal Escape

The retreat culminates at Morgan’s Rock in San Juan del Sur, a luxurious eco-lodge perched along Nicaragua’s Pacific coastline. Here, participants will enjoy breathtaking ocean views, secluded beaches, and rejuvenating yoga sessions. The weekend at Morgan’s Rock is ideal for those looking to unwind, recharge, and experience yoga in a stunning coastal setting.
